Good Night: Energy Flash was an exhibition at Storage by Hyundai Card in Seoul, South Korea which celebrated and explored underground club culture.
Kelly designed BK/HC/DJ/FAC70A a DJ booth which was activated during live club nights throughout the exhibition, including by notable Berlin-based Korean D.J. Peggy Gou.
The installation was located in a part double-height space within the basement of the gallery. The coloured poles surrounding the DJ booth protruded from basement level up to the ground floor and activated the entrance to the exhibition. Black and yellow stripes referenced the Haçienda nightclub and contrasted with the vertical striped coloured poles, creating a dynamic and vibrant DJ booth installation.
