As well as a showroom for the latest products from Ideal Standard, The Bath Room is a resource centre and studio for designers to research and seek practical advice. BKD designed the space to be a hybrid environment — it has references to laboratories, studios and chic hotel bathrooms. Developed to be used by designers as an extended work space, there are opportunities to hot desk, create specification packages, view bespoke virtual room sets and visualise products via 3D CAD. The Bath Room also operates as a social space for designers to meet and network with other designers and architects.
